Sea salt, noga jolokia peppers – HOT (There is a 2 ounce minimum for each spice)

Smoked sea salt, chipotle peppers (There is a 2 ounce minimum for each spice)

This special salt derives its grey coloring from clay at the bottom of the evaporation pans. It imparts a deeper flavor that is excellent for cooking food and making chocolate candy with a salty topping.
