Himalayan salt (coarse)

Sea salt, black pepper, sugar, chili, sage, thyme, allspice, fennel, basil, garlic (There is a 2 ounce minimum for each spice)

Chili, passilla, paprika, chipotle, garlic, onion, salt (There is a 2 ounce minimum for each spice)

This special salt derives its grey coloring from clay at the bottom of the evaporation pans. It imparts a deeper flavor that is excellent for cooking food and making chocolate candy with a salty topping.
