Celery, chillies, garlic, tamarind, onion, vinegar powder, sea salt, lemon juice, citric acid, black pepper, tomatoes, brown sugar (There is a 2 ounce minimum for each spice)

This special salt derives its grey coloring from clay at the bottom of the evaporation pans. It imparts a deeper flavor that is excellent for cooking food and making chocolate candy with a salty topping.
